IP Customs Solutions BV is een douanedienstverlener, die sedert juni 2022 is gevestigd in Rotterdam. Het hoofdkantoor van IP staat in Ratzeburg, Duitsland.
Wij bereiden voornamelijk douane-aanvragen voor onze klanten voor die goederen over de Europese buitengrenzen vervoeren. Tot onze klanten behoren handels-, transport- en logistieke bedrijven.
De diensten van IP variëren van inklaring, de betaling en borgstelling van douanerechten, advies over douaneprocessen en opleiding tot gedeeltelijk of volledig geautomatiseerde douaneprocessen via EDI/API. Bij deze processen worden onze douane-experts intensief ondersteund door onze interne IT-specialisten met speciaal ontwikkelde softwareoplossingen.
Werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit:

Werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit:
- afhandelen van allerhande opdrachten voor invoer, doorvoer en uitvoer,
- afhandelen veterinaire en phytosanitaire opdrachten,
- afhandelen van EMCS opdrachten (accijns),
- invoer met fiscale vertegewoordiging,
- het opmaken van verzoeken voor teruggaaf etc.,
- indeling van de goederen op basis van het Douanetarief (Taric),
- ondersteunen van commerciële processen,
- contacten met klanten, douane en autoriteiten via email en/of telefoon,
Jouw profiel
- kennis van excel, word en diverse andere programma’s van Microsoft,
- ervaring met de diverse douane systemen, CLIENT en EMCS,
- afgeronde opleiding tot declarant,
- kennis van veterinaire, phytosanitaire en EMCS vraagstukken,
- collegiaal zijn,
- accuraat zijn,
- geheimhoudingsplicht van bedrijfsgevoelige informatie, w.o. klanten info,

No problem, we will subsidise the ticket by 25%. We are also open to KITA and VWL subsidies. And as soon as your probationary period is successfully completed, you will automatically be included in our company group accident insurance.
